Mr. Ellison is an associate at Altaris with responsibility for analyzing, executing and monitoring private equity transactions. Previously, Mr. Ellison was a member of the global healthcare investment banking group at Lehman Brothers where he executed a number of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across various healthcare sectors. Mr. Ellison graduated from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Mathematics and Economics.
