Ms. Karp is an associate at Altaris with responsibility for analyzing, executing and monitoring private equity transactions. Previously, Ms. Karp was a member of the technology, media and telecom investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she executed a number of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across various TMT sectors. Ms. Karp graduated from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service with a BS in International Politics.
